I recently participated in a seminar on "Landscape / ecology / History and Culture" held in many hands of professionals of different fields. The subtitle was "the identification of the Spirit of Place."
The concept was developed from a preliminary consideration now dear to all operators of the "Landscape" Any intervention the landscape must begin with a thorough knowledge of the history, culture and ecology of the place where you will carry out the operation.
You can not make a speech the same in Trentino Alto Adige and Sicily and is not just a matter of native plants or species, but is much more complex and the seminary was emphasized that the project starts from the knowledge of the history of the place , its traditions ... ... ...
I think that these observations can not be left out when we decide the plan of the arrangement of our park.
The green itself is a color, what we realize is a little more. The other aspect
to think about these days that we would incur the expenditure for both outputs (roads, parking ... ...) and for the retrofitting of the various plants (well, drinking water, gas system ....) and as in all expected cost me more and more scared. Straconvinto us that we have priorities and a breakdown over several years, decide on a timetable that we can assume three years, at the end of which the more should be done. Accordance with this approach, assume that for the park and its management will spend more than the next three years for the same money that we budgeted for 2007, I think is wise and just.
