I read the email carefully Fiorella Salamanca and I would like to make some considerations: as I know the price of insurance (insured under the same conditions) is offered at very least, about 6,000 €, other companies of national importance (see Unipol, Milan, Sai).
I have not foreclosed on the principle that a condominium can provide services (provided at special prices!) Even if, as a matter of "elegance" or simply non-food suspects, would be better that this does not happen!
in any event I think the problem is elementary solution: it is adapted from the start to offer better market and so the building can save a few thousand euro! even with the savings (in the years to come ....) we are funding a bit 'of work to do .....
